Groups must have a minimum of 15 guest-rooms booked and consumed for a minimum of two-nights to take advantage of this special pick-your-perks offer for the Hotel Palomar, Chicago and eventi, New York City. Promotion is based upon availability and does not apply to groups already contracted at a Kimpton Hotel and/or in conjunction with another promotional offer. Kimpton reserves the right to review and approve charities for donations. All perks are based upon availability. Discounts on meeting room rental, food & beverage and audio visual equipment are based upon published rates. Food & Beverage minimums may apply. Perks are offered for each day of the group's meeting, as long as the group qualifies. For multiple group bookings, the additional percentage off of the master folio is only earned once one group has been contracted. In the event that a group cancels, the hotel has the right to adjust the percentage off of the master folio accordingly. All earned complimentary nights must be consumed during the contracted group stay and may not be applied for future groups or be utilized as cash.
